One thing which has always intrigued me is the power of the fluorescent light in our culture. The first painting I have done to exploit the luminescence of the neon colors is “Man Leaning on Arm” below. It is a fact that we live in a consumer society. With the coming economic storm ready to shower down on us its bad news, is there any wonder we all are awaiting the message of fortune to make itself visible. |
